What is a Lot / Boundary Survey?
A Boundary Survey establishes the property boundaries as established by the county or city, typically found on certified plats or described by a metes and bounds legal description. A Boundary Survey will outline the proven property boundary as well as all improvements located on subject property.
What can you expect?
Once completed, the buyer/homeowner may expect to find the property corners to be flagged with temporary wire flags or wood stakes in order for the buyer/homeowner to see exactly where their boundary lies. In addition, five (5) signed and sealed surveys will be provided to the client.
