Why do you need a Survey?

Boundary surveys can be used for a number of reasons. For Real Estate purposes, a new buyer may need a survey to close their loan. A homeowner may need a survey if making improvements to their property. A homeowner may need a survey to solve a property dispute

What is a Lot / Boundary Survey?

A Boundary Survey establishes the property boundaries as established by the county or city, typically found on certified plats or described by a metes and bounds legal description. A Boundary Survey will outline the proven property boundary as well as all improvements located on subject property.

What can you expect?

Once completed, the buyer/homeowner may expect to find the property corners to be flagged with temporary wire flags or wood stakes in order for the buyer/homeowner to see exactly where their boundary lies. In addition, five (5) signed and sealed surveys will be provided to the client.
